Tuning with bin files

It appears the table headings for Torque Demand are a little messed up, though. Looks like your offset suggestion worked!!! mostly! I used the 7614 XDF and changed the offset to 10000, and then things made much more sense. Not sure how this will effect the marriage between your OFT device & ECU. Then load back to the ECU with IAW7SM Writer. You can save the xdf as another name to help remember you changed the offset.Īny mapping changes must be committed & saved to the bin, so long as the map stays the same size as the original OFT map it will need to be loaded using OFT.ģ: another work around is if the bin is already on the ECU, read it with IAW7SM reader, use the GuzziDiag XDF unchanged, do your mods, commit & save bin. If you had any tables open, then close them to get the correct offset. Select Ok at the bottom & then you will see the tables in the correct offset.

Many OFT owners here have them.Ģ: If you got your XDF from the GuzziDiag page or from me & it's the 7614 XDF, then you need to open TunerPro, load the XDF & the bin, then go to the XDF drop down menu, select 'View/Edit XDF header info', on the tab that opens up (should be the General tab) you will see a line that says Base Offset (Hex), it has 4 zeros in the field, add the number 1 in front of them so it reads 10000.

I may be able to find a copy if you can't get from them. 1: Your best choice is to use the OFT XDF for the 17+ models for OFT map bins.
